Largest Tracked Hyperscale Data Center Projects
Hyperscale campuses drive most of the AI-era power demand. This ranking lists the largest hyperscale facilities tracked in our dataset — operating, under construction, and announced — sorted by total megawatt capacity. Capacity figures come from public reporting and may be revised as projects evolve.

Methodology
Includes only facilities tagged as hyperscale in our dataset with a published or publicly reported MW figure. Multi-phase campuses are counted at full announced capacity, so live operating MW today is typically lower.
Announced hyperscale capacity is not the same as live, operational capacity. Projects can be delayed, phased over years, downsized, or cancelled. Where operators have not publicly confirmed current MW, we rely on press reports, regulatory filings, and local disclosures. Rankings reflect the best available public information at the time of publication.
